Quotes

Photo quotes are free and without obligation. A photo quote is an estimate based on what the photos show - the final price is confirmed on inspection, before any work starts. If the damage turns out worse than the photos showed, we'll tell you and re-quote before touching the panel. You're never charged more than the agreed price for work you approved.

Honest assessment

Not every dent is a good PDR candidate - cracked paint, inaccessible panel edges, or severely stretched metal may need traditional repair. If that's the case we'll say so and won't take the job. We don't perform repairs we can't stand behind.

Workmanship guarantee

Every repair carries a lifetime workmanship guarantee . If a dent we repaired reappears, we'll re-repair it free of charge. The guarantee covers the repair workmanship - it doesn't cover new damage to the same panel.

Access & site conditions

For a mobile repair we need safe access to the vehicle, enough room to open doors fully, and reasonable working conditions (some shade or cover is ideal). If weather or site conditions would compromise the repair, we'll reschedule rather than do a substandard job.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the repair, by the methods agreed at booking. For insurance work we can liaise with your insurer directly; the repair proceeds once the claim is approved.
