What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what we need to price and book the job: your name, phone number, suburb, vehicle details (rego, make and model), and photos of the damage you send us. If you contact us by phone, SMS, or email we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

Your details are used only to assess the damage, give you a quote, book and complete the repair, and follow up the job. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Photos

Dent photos are used to assess damage and may be kept as part of the job record. Before-and-after photos may be used in our gallery or social media only where they don't identify you, your rego, or your address - and we'll always ask first if you'd rather they weren't.

Storage

Quote and job records are kept for our business records and guarantee purposes (repairs carry a lifetime workmanship guarantee ). Access is limited to the technician doing your job.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time - contact us using the details below. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
